We are a software company focused on cross-border e-commerce. We build integrated ERP software for merchants selling across multiple marketplaces. We are currently integrated with the official Amazon and Ozon APIs, and continue to expand support for additional platforms. Our team combines hands-on marketplace operations, supply-chain and software engineering experience, with practical expertise in cross-border e-commerce operations and system development.
We primarily serve cross-border sellers in mainland China and the wider Chinese-speaking merchant community, with multi-store, multi-marketplace and multi-user support.
Cross-border selling is fragmented across portals: Amazon Seller Central for orders and FBA inventory, the Ozon seller portal for listings and FBS fulfilment, plus spreadsheets, chat threads and manual reconciliations. Mismatched data, unclear margins and guessed inventory are the three most common pain points.
